GV were instructed to act for the landlord of Whitehall 360 to prepare and terminal schedule having regard to the lease with Fedex which was reaching the end of the term. GV issued the schedule and following minimal remedial works by the tenant negotiated a financial settlement for the remaining items of disrepair.
