DILAPIDATIONS AND CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION

GV were instructed to prepare a Terminal Schedule of Dilapidations on behalf of Ribston UK for Unit 1 Hunslet Business Park which was a 10,043 Sq. Ft. industrial unit. The Landlord instructed the refurbishment of the warehouse speculatively and a sale of the property was agreed during the works.
GV successfully negotiated a settlement of the dilapidations from the former tenant, recovering 85% of the contract value.
GV’s role included specification writing and tendering, Principal Designer and Contract Administration.
