Sigma were acquiring a leasehold interest in Unit 9A which was adjacent to their existing operation in Glasshoughton in order to accommodate their expanding business.

A Schedule of Condition to evidence the condition of the premises was carried out by GV at the time of the business acquisition. The Schedule also limited Sigma’ repairing and reinstatement obligation in the lease. Once the schedule of condition was complete a report was produced and given to the client within one week of the initial survey.
