Over a 4 year period, acting on behalf Opus Land/Palmer Capital, GV provided comprehensive investment funding advice to the developer, throughout the land assembly and planning process.
GV selectively marketed the opportunity and negotiated with all interested parties.
Ultimately, the park was acquired by British Steel Pension Fund for £9.8m, on the basis of a forward commitment with interim finance.
The completed scheme comprises eight units totalling in excess of 41,000 sq.ft, let to tenants including, Aldi, Card Factory, Iceland, KFC Subway and Poundland.
