Working in conjunction with landlords Orchard Street Investment Management who acquired Gildersome Spur Industrial Estate in 2010. Since then the estate has experienced record level voids.
Gent Visick have advised on lettings to national and local companies such as Belgrade Insulation (22,000 sq. ft), A1 Engineering (11,000 sq. ft), Alliance Disposables (24,000 sq. ft), Calderys (21,000 sq. ft), Dennis Eagle (15,000 sq. ft) and SM Fleet (10,000 sq. ft).
Following a continued refurbishment programme to the vacant units and through proactive marketing campaigns the void rate on the estate has been reduced to just 3%.
