A detached warehouse with HQ style offices situated close to both Junction 27 of the M62 and Junction 1 of the M621 motorways. GV were instructed to sell the property on behalf of Threadneedle Pensions Limited and secured a sale the sale to Leeds based vehicle rental company Global Autocare.
The previous tenant within Gelderd One entered administration and although various attempts were made to resurrect the company ultimately vacant possession was provided.
GV recommend to the client that they should undertake refurbishment works to the property prior to full marketing in order to maximise interest. Global Autocare were identified and a sale was successfully negotiated for the 157,229 sq ft premises.
