SCHEDULE OF CONDITION
Client: Sigma Ltd.
Sigma were an incoming tenant acquiring a leasehold interest in Building 1000, DeVilliers Way due to an expansion of their business.
GV carried out a Schedule of Condition survey and compiled a report in order to evidence the condition of the premises at the time of the acquisition. In turn the schedule then limited Sigma’s repairing and reinstatement obligations in the lease.
GV provided the client with the report within a week of the initial survey.
