GV were instructed by our client Ribston UK for the refurbishment of Unit’s 11 & 12 Albion Park, which compromises of 2,542 Sq. Ft. of industrial warehouse.
GV were instructed to undertake the initial budget costs, specification and tendering with the works project managed through to completion. The warehouse refurbishment included internal strip out and demolition of the existing ancillary accommodation. Following the successful warehouse refurbishment, these units soon went under offer with both units now let. This reflects a strong demand for quality warehousing in close proximity to the Leeds City Centre.
GV’s role included specification writing and tendering, Principal Designer and Contract Administration.
