••• Gent Visick bags 'Best Industrial Agent' prize at Yorkshire Property Awards

Gent Visick successfully fought off competition last night to scoop the award for Best Industrial Agent at the prestigious annual Yorkshire Property Awards. It is the third time in four years the Leeds based agents have come out on top, with previous wins in 2007 and 2009 The team beat shortlist competitors, Carter Towler and Lambert Smith Hampton to secure the win. Partner, Andrew Gent, who collected the award said: ‘To win this award for the third time is fantastic.
‘We are lucky to have a brilliant team who are passionate about what they do. This enthusiasm, combined with excellent technical understanding appears to be a winning formula which our clients appreciate. To transact over 2.5 million square feet of industrial property in this market is an achievement that we should be justifiably proud of.’ The event, organised by the Variety Club, was held at Harrogate’s Rudding Park and was attended by over 500 top property industry figures.
