Industrial specialists Gent Visick have 'cooked up' a great deal, selling a 26,260 sq ft unit to the Real Yorkshire Pudding Co. on behalf of owners Threadneedle Property Investments.
The frozen food producer, based in Thorne near Doncaster, is poised to expand having signed a deal to acquire the vacant property adjacent to their existing food production facility at Coulman Road, Thorne.
The property, formerly occupied by Conquest Foods, was previously used for potato processing. This, coupled with its location, made the building an obvious choice for the Real Yorkshire Pudding Co's expansion, but earlier negotiations had stalled before reaching the final stage.
