Visick anticipate renewed interest from potential
occupiers as the Innovation Square development at
Green Lane, Featherstone reaches practical completion.
Defying recent media concerns over economic slowdown
in the region, Gent Visick acting on behalf of Priority
Sites had 80% of the scheme successfully under offer
prior to practical completion. Now that the site
is available for occupation, only two units remain.
Simon Eastwood of Burnand XH, was delighted to be
the first occupier at the new site, and said: “Innovation
is conveniently located for local business as well
as opportunities further afield. The small business
community on the estate is proving to be a profitable
asset.” |
