| The local firm who specialise in new and used Vauxhall parts and the repair of Vauxhall cars have moved to the flourishing business park in a bid for more space.
Robert Booth of Booth Autosalvage said: ‘The site’s great location near the town centre and close to the M62 is ideal for us. It has allowed us to upsize and still reduce our costs.’
These two recent deals negotiated on behalf of Techaid Facilities by Gent Visick, bring the site one step closer to being fully occupied with a range of expanding businesses.
Nick Prescott of Gent Visick said: ‘It’s great to see two more successful companies moving into the Methley Road Estate which is developing into a thriving business park. MG Metals and Booth Autosalvage are strong local businesses that will both be a huge asset to the site.’
The industrial property specialists have also recently let land for 15 truck spaces at the site to local firm M&T Transport.
Martin Gardener of Techaid Facilities said: ‘Gent Visick have done a great job as agents in their commitment to get deals over the line and secure another three quality tenants for our site which is well on its way to full occupancy.’
The business park located on Methley Road, benefits from 24 hour site security and has a few available units remaining. Interested parties should call Nick Prescott on 0113 2003983.
