Industrial specialists Gent Visick have completed another deal at Pannal Industrial Park near Harrogate, having successfully let a 1350 sq ft unit to beds and bedding manufacturer And So to Bed.
The national chain, founded over 30 years ago, has taken a 2 year lease at the former Dunlopillo factory site south of Harrogate town centre.
With a variety of occupiers such as gardeners, a PR company, recycling and catering firms among those taking new premises at the site, Gent Visick has already let around a quarter of the total 240,000 sq ft available, with more deals in the pipeline.
