Last two lettings complete Innovation Square |

Leeds-based industrial property specialists, Gent Visick, have secured two deals which see Innovation Square near Featherstone fully let.
Acting as sole agents for developers Priority Sites, Gent Visick have introduced Powwow and MasterCraft to the speculatively built complex.
Powwow, a supplier of office water coolers and bottled water, have taken a 5 year lease on the 8,000 sq ft unit at the site, while MasterCraft, who build ski, wakeboard and power boats, have signed up for the final 3,000 sq ft unit as the new base for their international parts department.

42,950 sq ft complex is now fully occupied, by a
diverse range of tenants including B&Q, Apple Vending
and Prestige Pumps, who were all introduced to the
site by Gent Visick.
Innovation Square, a brand new light industrial & warehouse development located near to Junction 31 of the M62 near Featherstone comprises 10 units ranging from 2,000 sq ft to 10,000 sq ft, all built to ‘Very Good’ BREEAM environmental rating,
Development Manager for Priority Sites, Adam Richardson, said: “Innovation Square is a high-quality scheme in a great location and we are delighted that it is now fully occupied.
