•••Gent Visick rounds off 2010 with Leeds largest letting
     

Gent Visick, the industrial specialists, have let a 215,000 sq ft warehouse on Valley Farm Way, Leeds to ASD Metal Services on a new 15 year lease.

The letting, negotiated by Andrew Gent significantly increases ASD's presence in South Leeds.

Gent Visick acted on behalf of Threadneedle Property Investments who had acquired the property as part of a portfolio of premises from Corus.

Alex Brouwer of Threadneedle said "The former tenant vacated the property last June by which time Gent Visick

had already entered into discussions with ASD. There were a number of complexities which took some time to resolve however we were delighted with the persistence of Gent Visick in resolving the issues and in ultimately driving the deal home on Christmas Eve."
