A change in client, more than one change in purchaser, a freehold interest, a long leasehold interest, an occupational leasehold interest and an Administration have not prevented the Leeds based Industrial Agency specialists, Gent Visick, from making it onto the stage.

The 73,374 sq. ft. property, located off Kirkstall Road, has been sold to Opera North, one of Europe’s leading Arts Companies, who will be using the property to store and assemble sets, build props and store their extensive collection of stage costumes.

Gent Visick acted on behalf of Scottish Widows Investment Partnership in the sale of the long leasehold interest to Opera North.
