Visick, the Leeds based industrial property specialist,
(acting on behalf of Polestar UK Print Limited),
has completed an assignment of the leasehold interest
in Network House, South Leeds to Geopost UK Ltd.
Geopost
is wholly owned by La Poste, Europe’s second
largest postal operation, and operates in over
30 countries with brands including Parceline,
Interlink Express, Chronopost and DPD.
Extending
to some 68,000 sq. ft. the property is located
close to the South Leeds Stadium and was held
on a lease with a further 15 years to run at the
passing annual rental of £270,750.
