Leeds-based industrial property specialists, Gent Visick, have delivered the goods once again, securing new occupiers at Leodis Court, Knowsthorpe Lane, Leeds on behalf of owners S&B Properties.
Following successful negotiations, the long ground leasehold interest in the property was assigned to building contractors Harlow & Milner for their trading arm, Milnerbuild.
