•• Investors line up as regeneration firm puts new industrial units on market - YORKSHIRE EVENING POST (12 July 2007)

By Alison Bellamy

Owner-occupiers and investors are snapping up industrial units on regeneration specialist Priority Sites' Innovation Square development at Green Lane, Featherstone.

With practical completion and the official launch weeks away, sole agent Gent Visick has 50 per cent of the scheme under offer.

Ranging in size from 2,000 sq ft to 10,000 sq ft, the units have ample parking, large, secure service yards and excellent transport links, being within two miles of Junction 31 of the M62, linking easily to the M1 and A1.

Gent Visick's Nick Prescott said: "Location counts and Green Lane could not be better sited for transport links. Add the fact that the units are being constructed to a high BREEAM rating and are available for sale or to let and it's easy to see the attraction. We're getting a lot of interest from both potential occupiers and investors.

"Initial feedback from potential occupiers confirms that Priority Sites have invested heavily in the quality of Innovation Square and it has been a stimulating instruction to work on in every respect."
