••• Gent Visick Top League for Yorkshire Industrial Property

Industrial property specialists Gent Visick have been named No1 agent in Yorkshire and Humber region by leading property industry publication Estates Gazette.

The magazine research shows Gent Visick let, sold or acquired a total of more than two million square feet of industrial space on behalf of clients in 2006, more than 25% more space than their nearest rival. The firm’s clients include Threadneedle Investments, Scarborough Development Group, AXA and RR Donnelley.

The firm, established in 2003, is based at offices on Wellington Street in Leeds and recently grew its team with the appointment of estates management graduate Nick Prescott.
