Industrial property specialists Gent Visick have successfully negotiated the acquisition of Unit 3, Navigation Park, Hunslet on behalf of industry giants Mitsubishi Power Systems Europe.

The 35,035 sq. ft. unit will see the power generation and maintenance company double the size of their current service and parts facility in Leeds.

Juergen Richter, Service Director of the Leeds centre, commented “We had a number of specific requirements when looking for a new site which Gent Visick were able to identify with and practically implement in order to provide us with the ideal property solution.”
