Acting for Esterform Packaging, a specialist plastic manufacturer, Gent Visick have completed a sale and leaseback of a 100,000 sq ft manufacturing premises on Gelderd Road, Leeds.

The leaseback allows the Tenbury based firm, who acquired Leeds based Pet Plas Packaging in 2005, to invest further in new plant and machinery in order to expand production capacity.
