Specialist hydraulic firm, GS Hydro, has relocated their Yorkshire operations to Silkwood Park, Wakefield thanks to a deal completed by industrial property specialists Gent Visick.
Acting on behalf of owners, St James Group, Gent Visick successfully negotiated a 10 year lease on the 11,605 sq. ft. light industrial unit, the last remaining void property on the popular business park.
A spokesman for the St James Group said “We were concerned when our previous tenant vacated the unit but Gent Visick were able to introduce GS Hydro to us almost immediately and we are delighted to have secured them as tenants of this unit.”
