••• Hard work pays off – Gent Visick seal another deal
     

The market may be tough, however specialist industrial agents Gent Visick have proved that deals can still be done with the right combination of patience and perseverance.

They have recently completed the letting of a 105,664 sq. ft. warehouse unit in Leeds to Encon Insulation, a leading national distributor of insulation products.

The warehouse, off Benyon Park Way, was originally occupied by Next Plc and has been let by Gent Visick on behalf of owners The National Grid UK Pension Scheme, whose property portfolio is managed by BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management.




Elliot Herbertson, for BNP Paribas REIM, commented: “This letting is an excellent result for the Pension Fund and strengthens our belief that the occupier market in the Yorkshire region continues to be robust, and is a testament to the tenacity and hard work of our agents, Gent Visick.”
