On behalf of Threadneedle Property Investments, Gent Visick has sold 12 acres of the former Challenger tank factory site at Crossgates to Bellway Homes Ltd.
Gent Visick has provided strategic advice upon the 63 acre site since 2003. The sale of the first 12 acres to Bellway, who have now commenced construction of 151 new homes, will represent the first phase of an overall redevelopment of the site.
Alex Brouwer from Threadneedle Property Investments said, “Gent Visick have been instrumental in the continued success of this project having secured short term income for the Fund, coordinated and lead negotiations in respect of the outline planning consent and successfully completed the sale of the first 12 acres to Bellway Homes Ltd.”
