Gent Visick, the industrial property specialists, have cemented their presence in the north east following the disposal of a 131,000 sq ft industrial unit on Birtley Road, Washington to industrial air filtration and drying technologies firm, Walker Filtration. The Leeds based firm were instructed by Pricewaterhouse Cooper to undertake a review of the property and provide strategic marketing advice to assist in effecting a disposal. The industrial unit which was built in 2005 is an ideal site for the north east based firm, located in close proximity to their current building, the move to the new unit will see the award winning company more then double the size of their previous premises.
