A rare development opportunity is now available following the launch of a 5.9 acre site on Tom Pudding Way in Goole, East Yorkshire by commercial property agents Gent Visick.

Paul Mack, Director at Gent Visick comments “The site represents the last remaining development land available to purchase in the Goole area, and is a rare development opportunity, in such a strategic location in East Yorkshire.”

The site occupies a highly prominent position and sits alongside occupiers such as international chemical producer Croda, glass manufacturer Guardian Glass, one of Tesco’s national distribution facilities and Siemens, which is constructing a new £200 million train manufacturing facility that is due to be completed in 2023.

Paul added: “The location is superb, being just off Junction 36 of the M62 motorway. It is approximately one mile from the Port of Goole, and is only a few miles from the M18 motorway. It is also within easy access of the East Coast ports of Immingham, Grimsby and Hull.

The site also sits within the Humber Enterprise Zone, where businesses are eligible to apply for enhanced capital allowances. Paul explained: “This means businesses can invest in energy saving plant and machinery and set 100% of the cost of the assets against taxable profits in a single tax year.”
