In 2005 / 2006, Gent Visick transacted more than
2 million sq ft per annum, achieving major success
in securing a forward funding commitment for Redhouse
Projects’ new distribution unit, Hurricane,

Continued success throughout 2007 led to the team
being nominated for a Yorkshire Post Excellence
in Business Award, and winning the Yorkshire Variety
Club Industrial Agency Team of the Year Award.
Recent
major deals secured by Gent Visick have included
the sale of the 450,000 sq ft ‘Opus Maximus’

on behalf of local engineering firm Winder Power.
Among
the many current projects in which Gent Visick is
involved is the letting of the brand new Capitol

Gent Visick’s continuing strength as a leader
